Internal roller blinds

Internal roller blinds, available in a wide range of textures, colours and patterns, are mounted to the ceiling or wall above the window. The fabric can be fully opaque for blackout performance or semi-transparent in different grades to balance privacy, daylight and glare control. Easily combined with external shading products.

General properties

Thermal comfort Overheating prevention	**	It has a limited impact on overheating. Combined with external shading it maximises the effectiveness of reducing solar gains.
Thermal comfort Passive heating Insulation	***	Allows maximum solar gain when fully retracted. Internal roller blinds provide an additional layer of insulation helping to keep warmth inside.
Visual comfort Daylight	****	Daylight level depends on the fabric type and colour. It can assist with glare control when lowered on sunny days.
Night cooling Ventilation	***	The mesh material allows for a certain degree of ventilation, but it will mainly depend on how much the blind is closed.
Wind resistance	N/A
Operability	****	Internal roller blinds perform best when operated motorised or automated maximising visual comfort and privacy.
Maintenance	*****	Internal roller blinds require limited maintenance.
